Pathwalker Quantum Healing, LLC ("Pathwalker," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how it's used.
Information We Collect
When you fill out a contact form, book a session, or sign up for our email list, we may collect your name, birthdate, email address, phone number, and any message details you provide.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule sessions, send appointment reminders, and share occasional updates about events or offerings. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party tools for scheduling and payment processing (including GoHighLevel's booking system and Stripe). These providers have their own privacy practices governing the information you share with them.
Your Choices
You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us directly.

2. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
The services offered by Pathwalker Quantum Healing, LLC — including Reiki, hypnosis, Quantum Shifting, Intuitive Blending, and other energy healing and spiritual guidance offerings — are complementary practices intended to support personal growth, integration, and wellbeing.
These services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or care.
Steven McCann is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, or mental health provider, and nothing offered through these sessions or this website should be interpreted as medical advice or a promise of specific results.
If you are currently under the care of a physician or mental health professional, please continue that care and consult them regarding any health decisions.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact 911 or an appropriate emergency service.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own wellbeing.
3. Informed Consent
Once the client signs up for a session, a separate Informed Consent document will be sent to the provided email address to be read, filled out and signed by the client. This form is required prior to the actual session. Non-compliance will cause an auto-cancel of the session.
4. Complementary and Alternative Health Care Client Bill of Rights
Please read and sign this Complementary and Alternative Health Care Client Bill of Rights, provided to you in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 146A.11.

THE STATE OF MINNESOTA HAS NOT ADOPTED ANY EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING STANDARDS FOR UNLICENSED COMPLEMENTARY AND ALTERNATIVE HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONERS. THIS STATEMENT OF CREDENTIALS IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.
Under Minnesota law, an unlicensed complementary and alternative health care practitioner may not provide a medical diagnosis or recommend discontinuance of medically prescribed treatments. If a client desires a diagnosis from a licensed physician, chiropractor, or acupuncture practitioner, or services from a physician, chiropractor, nurse, osteopathic physician, physical therapist, dietitian, nutritionist, acupuncture practitioner, athletic trainer, or any other type of health care provider, the client may seek such services at any time.
Complaints
You have the right to file a complaint with Pathwalker Quantum Healing LLC at 839 Memorial Parkway SW, Rochester MN, 55902 in writing or by calling 612-360-2341. You also have the option to file a complaint with the State of Minnesota at the following address:

Fees
- A 30-minute Connect with Spirit Session is free, as is the 90-minute Pathwalker Monthly Circle.
- The Practitioner's fee for up to 1-hour appointment is $175 and if it runs over one hour the additional cost may be prorated.
- A 5-Session Path - 1-hour session package exists for $800 paid in full, or $425 × 2 payments = $850.
- A 10-Session Path: 1-hour session package exists for $1,450 paid in full, or $500 × 3 payments = $1,500.
- Specials and coupons may exist periodically, for a price reduction.
- 24-hour notice is required to cancel or change the appointment date and time. If an appointment is not canceled or changed within the timeframe noted, all fees are to be paid in full and are nonrefundable. An invoice will be sent out and payment by credit cards will be required prior to the appointments.
- The Practitioner does not accept payment from insurance companies nor accepts Medicare or medical assistance payments.
- The Practitioner will provide reasonable notice of any changes in services or charges.
NOTE: If you choose a 5-Session or 10-Session Path with a payment plan, you have the right to understand what happens if a payment does not go through. Stripe will make standard attempts to reprocess a failed payment. If those attempts are unsuccessful, any remaining sessions in your package will convert to the standard single-session rate. Sessions you've already completed and paid for are not affected by this change.
Theoretical Approach
The Practitioner will use the Practitioner's intuition and any discussion with you, to determine the issue. Depending on the nature of the issue, various techniques can and will be used to address the issue. This includes, but is not limited to, Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), DNA encoding and activation, psycho-spiritual healing/discussions, Energy Healing modalities, Reiki, and other skills the Practitioner is trained in. Each healing session will be tailored to your needs.
Basic Rights
You have the following rights:
- You have the right to obtain complete and current information concerning the Practitioner's assessment and recommended services, including expected duration of the services to be provided.
- You have the right to be treated courteously and to be free from verbal, physical, or sexual abuse by the Practitioner.
- All client records and transactions are confidential, unless release of such records is authorized by you in writing, or otherwise permitted by law.
- You have the right to request any records and written information from records in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Sections 144.291 to 144.298.
- You are aware that there are other practitioners offering similar services and may look for these practitioners via the Internet. You acknowledge that due to the nature of the work performed, other practitioners may receive and address a variety of issues different than this Practitioner.
- You have the right to choose to receive services from any practitioner and the right to change practitioners after services have begun within the limits of health insurance, medical assistance, or other health programs.
- You have the right to coordinated transfer of records if there is a change in the provider of services.
- You have the right to refuse services or treatment, unless otherwise provided by law.
- You have the right to assert your rights without retaliation.
Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that you have received and read this Complementary and Alternative Health Care Client Bill of Rights. You agree to not hold the Practitioner responsible for damages, real or imagined, for any psychological or physical, issues uncovered during agreed upon services. The Practitioner reserves the right to stop services and refer you to other providers when services needed outweigh the Practitioner's skill set (for example, mental health or physical health issues that require a Medical Doctor).
